What we do

From the sensors to the dashboards, we link your machines to your management tools. Electroteam, the electrical company of the group, wires the sensors and the PLCs.

  • SCADA systems

Your teams follow the state of the factory in real time on a single screen. SCADA stands for supervisory control and data acquisition.

    • SCADA with Ignition, Wonderware or Codra
    • Overview screens for the lines and the utilities
    • Alarm handling and alarm history
    • Access from the control room or remotely
  • MES and performance

We measure what happens on your lines in order to improve production. MES is the manufacturing execution system.

    • Tracking of OEE, overall equipment effectiveness
    • Quality tracking
    • Traceability of batches and products
    • Production dashboards
  • IoT and condition-based maintenance

Sensors watch over your equipment so that you act before the breakdown.

    • Connected sensors over LoRa or Sigfox
    • Instrumentation of existing equipment
    • Condition-based maintenance alerts
    • Measurements sent over MQTT to the SCADA system
  • Energy and interfaces

We track your consumption and connect your shop-floor data to your management software.

    • Energy monitoring by line and by machine
    • Energy dashboards
    • Interfaces with your ERP and your maintenance software
    • Meters connected over Modbus and M-Bus

Why entrust this to us

We install, we connect and we follow up. The same people are with you from the audit through to support.

  • A single point of contact

Telephony, networks, IT and buildings: one contact covers the lot. You no longer arbitrate between several providers.

  • Technicians close by

Our teams set off from Saultain and work across the region. A blocking fault does not leave you waiting for a distant provider.

  • Equipment chosen for the need

We do not push a catalogue. We select the equipment that matches the way you work, then we commission it and maintain it.

  • Solutions tested at our own offices

Our head office is fitted with the solutions we offer. We use them every day before installing them for you.

How your project runs

Six steps, from the survey on your lines to the follow-up of the SCADA system.

  1. Audit

We record your machines, your PLCs and the data already available.

  2. Scoping

Together we choose the useful indicators and the screens to build.

  3. Instrumentation

Electroteam fits and wires the sensors and PLCs that are missing.

  4. Development

We build the SCADA system, the reports and the interfaces with your software.

  5. Commissioning

We compare the figures on screen with what really happens on your lines.

  6. Follow-up

We develop the screens and the indicators as your needs change.

Your questions

Do we have to change our PLCs?

Not always. We often read the PLCs already in place. When a machine reports nothing, we instrument it with added sensors.

Who wires the sensors and the PLCs?

Electroteam, the electrical company of the group. We work together: they install, we build the SCADA system.

Can the SCADA system be linked to our ERP?

Yes. We build the interfaces to your ERP and your maintenance software so that production orders and maintenance requests flow through.

Is this offer also available from Electroteam?

Yes. Both companies in the group carry this expertise together. See this offer on the Electroteam site
